Lunch Hut Winter menu

All meals served with organic green salad, raw vegetables, and fruit (from the garden whenever possible)

Gluten free and vegan options every day

Monday: Noodle Soup

Rice noodles in miso broth topped with tofu, sautéed broccoli, shredded vegetables and herbs

Tuesday: Pizza day

Cheese or veggie pizza made with homemade dough

Wednesday: Burrito Day

Made to order burritos. Options include rice, beans, cheese, sour cream, salsa and cabbage

Thursday: pasta Day

Choice of marinara or pesto, roasted vegetables on the side

Friday: Grilled Cheese and soup day

Seasonal soups like tomato, minestrone, lentil, or butternut squash with grilled cheese sandwiches
