How to Apply for Admission

Orchard School operates on a 10-month calendar, from September to June. We are now accepting applications for the 2023-2024 school year.

You can pay the application fee by mailing or dropping off a check for $50, or by using a credit or debit card through PayPal. Click button below. Please note that PayPal charges a processing fee, so if you pay this way, the amount is $52.

Financial Aid

Orchard School is a nonprofit and relies solely on tuition and fundraising efforts for its yearly operating budget. In an effort to be inclusive and have a diverse population, we provide a limited number of need-based tuition adjustments for our K-6 families.

Financial aid calculations are made by an independent organization, Financial Aid for School Tuition (FAST). All financial aid applications and family data are completely confidential. The link to FAST information for Orchard School and applications can be found by clicking here.

Please note: If you are a prospective family applying for financial aid, you must FIRST submit an application for enrollment, BEFORE you can apply to receive aid.
